You can pick out plumbing fixtures, lighting options and appliances.

 

As construction continues on your new home, you will be asked to meet with our staff at key stages for approvals.

 

We know your new home is a major investment and we strive to ensure that you receive outstanding service even after your home is completed. Prior to closing we walk through your home and explain key features and any builder and manufacturer warranty information and elgibilities.
